In this video I’m going to show you how to manage multiple Hubspot accounts from a single Beacon account.

The first thing to do is navigate to the settings page of your Beacon account and select the Hubspot tab.

You will then be prompted to enter your own Hub ID. It’s important that you don’t enter a client’s ID here as this is the Hubspot account that we will associate directly with your Beacon account.

If you’re not sure where to find your Hub ID it’s on the top right hand corner of every page in your Hubspot dashboard.

Once you have added your own ID you will see a new link appear underneath. If you go ahead and click that you will be able to add client details.

Putting in the client’s name will help you to easily identify them later. And of course you’ll need the Hub ID for that particular client as well.

You can add as many clients as you need.

And if you need to change a client’s details at any point then just click on their name and you can edit both fields.

You can also delete a client if you don’t need them anymore.

So once you have all your clients set up it’s really easy to switch between them when making an eBook.

When you are creating a new eBook you will now be prompted to choose which Hubspot account you want to import content from.

Just click on the relevant client name and when you are presented with the Hubspot login screen be sure to use the login details for your client’s Hubspot account and not your own.

After that you will be presented with a list of blog posts from that particular account and you can continue the eBook creation process as normal.
