If you have connected your Resource Library to GDrive but can't see the specific file or folder that you're looking for then you many need to make it public.

You can do this via the Share Settings:

Select 'Anyone with the link' from the General Access dropdown:

Now, if you reconnect to GDrive in your Resource Library you should be able to see the file:
